Mahón and the harbour district. Handover is typically arranged near Mahón's long natural harbour, convenient for guests staying by the marina or arriving through the port. Parking near the waterfront is limited during peak season, so an early start suits those heading out to the coast.

Es Grau and Albufera des Grau. The road north from Mahón toward Es Grau narrows through open countryside before reaching the lagoon. A composed cabriolet or SUV handles the approach comfortably, and there's informal parking near the village for a short stop by the water.

Fornells and the northern bay. The drive to Fornells crosses quieter inland roads before opening onto the bay, a favoured stop for a long lunch by the water. Space to park along the harbour front is modest, best reached outside midday arrivals.

Ciutadella and the western coast. Crossing to Ciutadella takes you across the island's spine, with the old town's harbour and narrow lanes best explored on foot once parked nearby. The drive itself, largely open road, suits a car chosen for comfort over distance.
