Veyra Cars is the brand under which veyracars.com operates. We bring together a network of local rental partners across 39 cities in France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Monaco, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates, giving access to 91 vehicles in sport, luxury, convertible, SUV, electric, supercar and minivan categories, with day rates starting at €210.

These terms apply to every enquiry and booking made through veyracars.com, including airport delivery. By sending an enquiry or confirming a booking, you accept them.

You can reach us through the enquiry form on the site, or by email, phone or WhatsApp. The form asks for your name, email, phone number, preferred car, start and finish locations, the dates you need the car, a flight number for airport delivery, and any free-text message you want to add.

Once we have your request, we check availability with the relevant local partner and send you a quote in writing, stating the car, dates, locations, price and what is covered. A booking only exists once you confirm that quote in writing and we confirm it back to you. Until then, nothing is reserved and no charge applies.

Prices shown on the site are starting rates; the figure stated in your quote is the one that applies to your booking. Your quote sets out the rental period, mileage allowance, insurance cover and any charge for airport delivery or collection.

Unless your quote says otherwise, fuel, additional drivers, extra mileage, young-driver supplements and optional equipment are charged separately and are not included in the quoted price.

Bookings made through veyracars.com are not paid online. Payment is arranged directly between you and the local partner handling your rental, on the terms set out in your quote.

At handover, a refundable security deposit is held on a credit card in the main driver's name. Depending on the car, the deposit ranges from €1,500 to €250,000. It is released within 21 days after the car is returned, once any fines, tolls and damage have been checked.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the usual 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to this booking. Under Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU, that right is excluded for leisure services, such as car rental, booked for a specific date or period.

In its place, we apply the following voluntary cancellation policy:

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before pickup.
• 30% of the booking value if you cancel between 7 days and 24 hours before pickup.
• 100% of the booking value if you cancel within 24 hours of pickup.

To cancel or change a confirmed booking, write to us at [email protected] or through the channel you used to book. The cancellation charges above are calculated from the date and time we receive your written request.

Changes to dates, locations or the chosen car are treated as a new quote and depend on availability with the local partner. We will tell you if a change affects the price or the deposit before you confirm it.

We may cancel or reschedule a booking before pickup if weather conditions, safety concerns, a technical fault with the vehicle, or a force majeure event such as a strike, natural disaster or official travel restriction make it impossible or unsafe to deliver the car as planned.

In that case, we will offer a comparable vehicle if one is available, or a full refund of any amount already paid for the cancelled booking. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed flights, accommodation costs or other travel arrangements affected by the cancellation.

The main driver must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driving licence for at least 3 years.

At handover, the main driver must present a valid driving licence, a passport or national ID, and a credit card in their own name for the security deposit. Holders of non-EU licences may be asked to present an International Driving Permit alongside their national licence.

The car is handed over and returned at the location and time stated in your confirmed booking. Inspect the car with the local partner's staff at handover and note any existing marks or damage, and do the same when you return it.

Return the car with the same fuel level it had at handover. If it comes back with less fuel, you will be charged for the missing fuel at cost, plus a refuelling service fee.

Multi-day rentals include 300 km per day. Kilometres driven beyond that allowance are charged at the rate stated in your quote.

Traffic fines, tolls and parking charges incurred during the rental are your responsibility. The local partner will pass these on to you together with an administrative fee once they are identified.

Driving abroad, track use and off-road driving are only permitted with prior written approval from us or the local partner; smoking and pets are not allowed in any car.

Insurance cover is included as described in your quote. If the car is damaged through your fault during the rental, you are liable for the excess stated in that cover.

You may not use a Veyra Cars vehicle for racing, driving instruction, towing, subletting, commercial carriage of passengers or goods, or any unlawful purpose. Using the car outside the terms of your booking may void insurance cover and make you liable for the full value of any resulting loss.

Our liability in connection with a booking is limited to the price paid for that booking, except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of a local partner, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for losses that were not a foreseeable result of the booking.

The content, design and car listings on veyracars.com belong to Veyra Cars or its partners and may not be copied or reused without written permission. You may use the site only to make genuine enquiries and bookings.

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the rental or charter is actually performed, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.

We may update these terms as our services or the applicable law change. The version published on veyracars.com when you confirm your booking is the one that applies to that booking.
